{"id":724,"date":"2017-09-27T12:29:39","date_gmt":"2017-09-27T17:29:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=724"},"modified":"2017-09-27T12:29:39","modified_gmt":"2017-09-27T17:29:39","slug":"logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-elemento-de-seguridad-involucrado-en-la-sustraccion-de-un-bebe","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/logra-fiscalia-general-vincular-a-proceso-a-elemento-de-seguridad-involucrado-en-la-sustraccion-de-un-bebe","title":{"rendered":"Logra Fiscal\u00eda General vincular a proceso a elemento de seguridad involucrado en la sustracci\u00f3n de un beb\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El d\u00eda de ayer la Fiscal\u00eda General logr\u00f3 que el Juez de Control vinculara a proceso a un elemento de seguridad involucrado en la sustracci\u00f3n de un beb\u00e9 del Hospital Civil, Doctor Aurelio Valdivieso, hechos que sucedieron el pasado 18 de septiembre del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n<p>A petici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General el imputado fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de sustracci\u00f3n de menores, imponi\u00e9ndole el Juez de Control como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorgando un mes de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior se logr\u00f3 gracias al trabajo coordinado de ministerios p\u00fablicos, agentes de investigaci\u00f3n y peritos.
