S. C., imputado por el delito de Violaci\u00f3n Agravada, cometida contra una adolescente; hechos ocurridos en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca del Papaloapan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal iniciada por el caso, el 10 de mayo de 2023, la v\u00edctima se encontraba en su domicilio localizado en San Lucas Ojitl\u00e1n, momento en que un familiar ingres\u00f3 a la vivienda y sufri\u00f3 la agresi\u00f3n sexual que, de acuerdo con previsto y sancionado por el Art\u00edculo 246 del C\u00f3digo Penal vigente en el estado de Oaxaca, en relaci\u00f3n con el Art\u00edculo 248 bis Fracci\u00f3n I, se constituye el delito de Violaci\u00f3n Agravada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego que la FGEO recibi\u00f3 la denuncia de la v\u00edctima, se iniciaron las investigaciones a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca, que obtuvo la informaci\u00f3n que, despu\u00e9s de ser evaluada por el Juez, permiti\u00f3 obtener la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que hizo posible la detenci\u00f3n de J. S. C.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El imputado qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n del Juez que atiende la causa y, como resultado de la audiencia correspondiente, se dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en su contra y se le impuso prisi\u00f3n preventiva, adem\u00e1s que otorg\u00f3 un mes y 15 d\u00edas para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca realiza investigaciones atendiendo en todo momento la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, cuando se tratan de delitos cometidos contra la mujer, para que las v\u00edctimas tengan pleno acceso a la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-5284","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/5284","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=5284"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5284"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=5284"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=5284"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
