A. V. G., probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada, en contra de una adolescente -de identidad reservada por Ley-, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santa Mar\u00eda Huatulco, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 415\/2022, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima en m\u00faltiples ocasiones, en su domicilio particular, ubicado en la colonia centro del referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En atenci\u00f3n a la denuncia presentada, la FGEO intervino e inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, que permiti\u00f3 aprehender y presentar al probable agresor sexual ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a J. A. V.
