G. G., probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual en contra de una mujer, cometido en noviembre de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 09\/2021, el 22 de noviembre de 2020, el imputado someti\u00f3 y probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima en el interior de su domicilio, ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando la aprehensi\u00f3n del probable responsable, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3 y cuya situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica se determinar\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General genera acciones para prevenir y erradicar la violencia de g\u00e9nero, presentando ante la justicia y aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes atenten contra mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-4067","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/4067","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=4067"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4067"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=4067"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=4067"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
