R. O., probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n y violencia familiar en agravio de su concubina identificada como I. R. V., cometido en diferentes fechas en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Antonio de la Cal, en la regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que el imputado probablemente compr\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima en febrero de 1991, cuando ella era menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 1149\/2021, entre los meses de septiembre y noviembre de 2021, en m\u00faltiples ocasiones el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual y f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima, en el interior de su domicilio particular ubicado en inmediaciones de la colonia Casa del Temblor, perteneciente a San Antonio de la Cal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General Zona Centro-, logrando identificar y ejecutar orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el probable responsable, present\u00e1ndolo ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a C. R.
