C. H., probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual agravado contra dos ni\u00f1as cometido en agosto de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Textitl\u00e1n, Distrito de Sola de Vega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 90\/2020, los d\u00edas 23 y 24 de agosto del 2020, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a las v\u00edctimas cuando viajaban a bordo de un veh\u00edculo, sobre la carretera que conduce de Tierra y Libertad a Santiago Textitl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, logrando aprender y presentar ante el Juzgado de control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional, el Juez en turno dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra A. C.
