C. M., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de feminicidio agravado en contra de M. M. G. (concubina), cometido en octubre de 2021, en Jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santa Mar\u00eda Tlahuitoltepec, Distrito Mixe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 1115\/2021, el pasado 24 de octubre de 2021, alrededor de las 08:00 y 9:30 horas, la v\u00edctima M. M. G. fue agredida por el imputado, quien probablemente la priv\u00f3 de la vida con objeto punzocortante, ataque que sucedi\u00f3 en su domicilio ubicado en la agencia Guadalupe Victoria, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las diligencias correspondientes, ejecutando la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente y presentando ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorg\u00f3 cuatro meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia reitera su firme compromiso de llevar ante la justicia a todo aquel que vulnere los derechos y la integridad de las mujeres oaxaque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-3770","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/3770","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3770"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3770"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=3770"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=3770"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
