M. P., probable responsable del delito que atenta contra la obligaci\u00f3n alimentaria en agravio de su hija de 10 a\u00f1os, cometido en agosto de 2009, en Ayotzintepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca del Papaloapan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los hechos asentados en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 2275\/FTUXM\/2017, a partir de agosto de 2009, el imputado dej\u00f3 de exhibir la pensi\u00f3n alimenticia que el Juez de la causa decret\u00f3 en favor de su hija. Asimismo, se neg\u00f3 a realizar el pago de las pensiones hasta la fecha actual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n contra P. M.
