R. M., cometido en septiembre de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Lucas Ojitl\u00e1n, Distrito de Tuxtepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 254\/2021, el 9 de septiembre de 2021, aproximadamente a las 17:15 horas, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la adolescente en un domicilio ubicado en inmediaciones de la avenida Noche Triste, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada por familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a V. R.
