G. F., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar en agravio de una mujer identificada como M. P. M (concubina), cometido en San Bartolo Coyotepec, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable responsable fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el 13 de septiembre de 2021 y fue presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 834\/2020, los hechos de violencia familiar ocurrieron en diversas fechas de los meses de julio, septiembre y octubre de 2020, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de forma f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima en inmediaciones del referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos contra la Mujer por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero-, presentando al imputado ante el Juez de la causa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado solicit\u00f3 duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 18 de septiembre de 2021, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General garantiza justicia a mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes v\u00edctimas, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-3633","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/3633","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3633"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3633"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=3633"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=3633"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
