M. P., responsable del delito de homicidio simple en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de R. C. M., cometido en junio de 2018 en el distrito de Villa Alta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 392\/2018, en la madrugada del 25 de junio de 2018, el imputado lesion\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un objeto punzo cortante (cuchillo) en el pecho, provoc\u00e1ndole heridas que le ocasionaron la muerte cuando se encontraba en c\u00e9ntricas calles de la poblaci\u00f3n de Villa Hidalgo Yal\u00e1lag, en el distrito de Villa Alta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al responsable ante el Juez de la causa, quien determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 fallo condenatorio contra de J. M.
