R. O, e I. O. S., probables responsables del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de quienes en vida respondiera al nombre de J. M. C. C. y E. R. L., cometido en marzo de 2019, en la Heroica Ciudad de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza, regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los probables responsables fueron aprehendidos por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el 29 de junio de 2021 y presentados de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 556\/2019, en la madrugada del 16 de marzo de 2019, los imputados -en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otras personas- arribaron a bordo de un veh\u00edculo de motor en inmediaciones de la colonia Guiexhuba, ubicado en inmediaciones del referido municipio, en donde abandonaron los cuerpos de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho violento, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control a los probables responsables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, los imputados se acogieron a la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 4 de julio, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En delitos de alto impacto, comprometemos investigaciones exhaustivas, a fin de presentar ante la justicia y aplicar la Ley sin distingo a quienes con sus actos atentan contra la paz social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-3462","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/3462","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3462"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3462"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=3462"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=3462"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
