{"id":3339,"date":"2021-05-08T13:57:34","date_gmt":"2021-05-08T18:57:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3339"},"modified":"2021-05-08T13:57:34","modified_gmt":"2021-05-08T18:57:34","slug":"a-prision-y-vinculado-a-proceso-hombre-que-probablemente-agredio-sexualmente-a-una-nina-en-la-sierra-sur-fgeo","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/a-prision-y-vinculado-a-proceso-hombre-que-probablemente-agredio-sexualmente-a-una-nina-en-la-sierra-sur-fgeo","title":{"rendered":"A prisi\u00f3n y vinculado a proceso hombre que probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a una ni\u00f1a, en la Sierra Sur: FGEO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 08 de mayo de 2021.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra una persona del sexo masculino se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual agravado en contra de una ni\u00f1a de 9 a\u00f1os, cometido en 2019, en San Sim\u00f3n Almolongas, en la regi\u00f3n de la Sierra Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del imputado, identificado como J. A. R. R., quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n y fue presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 38\/2021, en 2019, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraba en un domicilio ubicado en el municipio de San Sim\u00f3n Almolongas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, logrando aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez de Control dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra J. A. R.
