{"id":3322,"date":"2021-05-06T12:39:25","date_gmt":"2021-05-06T17:39:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=3322"},"modified":"2021-05-06T12:39:25","modified_gmt":"2021-05-06T17:39:25","slug":"en-la-region-del-istmo-aprehendimos-y-presentamos-ante-juez-a-probable-agresor-sexual-fgeo","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/en-la-region-del-istmo-aprehendimos-y-presentamos-ante-juez-a-probable-agresor-sexual-fgeo","title":{"rendered":"En la regi\u00f3n del Istmo, aprehendimos y presentamos ante Juez a probable agresor sexual: FGEO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 06 de mayo de 2021.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) logr\u00f3 aprehender y presentar ante Juez a una persona del sexo masculino se\u00f1alada como probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n en contra de una adolescente de 17 a\u00f1os, cometido en octubre de 2019 en Ciudad Ixtepec, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del imputado identificado como K. A. R. L., quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el pasado 5 de mayo de 2021 y fue presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n asentada en la causa penal 0063\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos ocurrieron, el 19 de octubre de 2019, aproximadamente a las 18:00 horas, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de forma sexual a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraba en un domicilio particular, ubicado en inmediaciones de la colonia Niza Luba, perteneciente a Ciudad Ixtepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando ubicar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, la defensa del imputado solicit\u00f3 ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 11 de mayo de 2021, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General garantiza justicia a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres v\u00edctimas de agresiones sexuales, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-3322","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/3322","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3322"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3322"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=3322"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=3322"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
