F. A. E., quien fue denunciado ante la Fiscal\u00eda General por el delito de hostigamiento sexual contra una joven universitaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 11 de septiembre de 2020.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso al profesor S. F. A. E., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de hostigamiento sexual en agravio de una joven estudiante de la Universidad del Istmo (UNISTMO)-Campus Ixtepec, cometido en mayo de 2019, en esta instituci\u00f3n educativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 10026\/FIST\/IXTEPEC\/2020, durante diferentes fechas de mayo de 2019, la v\u00edctima fue hostigada sexualmente en diversas ocasiones por el imputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y despu\u00e9s de recibir la denuncia respectiva, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo- recab\u00f3 los datos de prueba necesarios para oportunamente solicitar al Juez la cita para comunicar la imputaci\u00f3n y el correspondiente auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra del imputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al profesor S. F. A.
