{"id":2932,"date":"2020-08-11T17:20:14","date_gmt":"2020-08-11T22:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=2932"},"modified":"2020-08-11T17:20:14","modified_gmt":"2020-08-11T22:20:14","slug":"aprehende-fiscalia-general-y-lleva-ante-juez-a-probable-violador-de-adolescente-cometido-en-la-region-del-istmo","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/aprehende-fiscalia-general-y-lleva-ante-juez-a-probable-violador-de-adolescente-cometido-en-la-region-del-istmo","title":{"rendered":"Aprehende Fiscal\u00eda General y lleva ante Juez a probable violador de adolescente, cometido en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 11 de agosto de 2020.-<\/strong>\u00a0La incansable labor de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) contra agresores sexuales, dio como resultado la aprehensi\u00f3n de un masculino se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada contra una adolescente de 13 a\u00f1os, cometido en el municipio de San Blas Atempa, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del imputado identificado como B. O. P. (t\u00edo de la v\u00edctima), quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el 10 de agosto de 2020 y llevado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 218\/2020, en diferentes fechas entre el a\u00f1o 2019 y 2020, la v\u00edctima fue agredida sexualmente por el imputado en su domicilio particular, ubicado en inmediaciones de San Blas Atempa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada por familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las diligencias correspondientes \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar, aprehender y llevar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 13 de agosto de 2020, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva de forma provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda su compromiso de llevar ante la justicia a quien o quienes atenten contra los derechos e integridad de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-2932","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/2932","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2932"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2932"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2932"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=2932"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
