B. O., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual en agravio de una adolescente de 15 a\u00f1os, cometido en el municipio de Salina Cruz, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 4802\/FIST\/FMUJ-TEHUANTEPEC\/2020, el 5 de mayo de 2020, aproximadamente entre las 05:30 y 06:30 horas, el imputado le realiz\u00f3 tocamientos sin su consentimiento a la v\u00edctima, cuando se encontraba en su domicilio ubicado en el Barrio Espinal de Salina Cruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una diligente investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando la aprehensi\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n ante el Juzgado de Control del probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a J. B.
