C. A., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito equiparado a violaci\u00f3n en agravio de su hija, cometido en el municipio de Chahuites, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 192\/2020, el 4 de febrero de 2020 -aproximadamente a las 22:00 horas- el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a su hija, cuando se encontraba en su domicilio ubicado en el Barrio San Isidro de Chahuites; misma situaci\u00f3n que se repiti\u00f3 los d\u00edas 7, 9 y 14 de febrero del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada por familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando identificar y presentar ante el Juez de Control al probable responsable, quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n en c\u00e9ntricas calles de la poblaci\u00f3n de Chahuites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a P. C.
