G. R., imponi\u00e9ndole prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorgando tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 6 de julio de 2020.<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), aprehendi\u00f3 y logr\u00f3 vincular a proceso a J. G. R., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de O. G. R., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Tlacolula de Matamoros, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable homicida fue detenido en flagrancia por polic\u00edas municipales y puesto de forma inmediata a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 535\/2020, el 1 de julio de 2020, aproximadamente a las 21:30 horas, la v\u00edctima llego a su domicilio ubicado en inmediaciones de la agencia municipal de Santa Ana del R\u00edo, San Lorenzo Albarradas, cuando el imputado J. G. R., le infringi\u00f3 heridas con un objeto punzo cortante (cuchillo), ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y luego que la FGEO aportara los datos de prueba suficientes, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a O. G.
