V. J., alias \u201cEl Gallo\u201d, estar\u00eda relacionado en el homicidio del periodista F. S. S., cometido en 2015, en Miahuatl\u00e1n de Porfirio D\u00edaz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 2 de julio de 2020.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), obtuvo del Juez Mixto de Primera Instancia auto de formal prisi\u00f3n contra J. V. J., alias \u201cEl Gallo\u201d, se\u00f1alado como presunto culpable de diversos delitos cometidos en la regi\u00f3n de la Sierra Sur, entre ellos, el homicidio del periodista identificado como F. S. S., ocurrido en julio de 2015, en Miahuatl\u00e1n de Porfirio D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El indiciado fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el 26 de junio de 2020 y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la averiguaci\u00f3n previa 44\/II\/2015, el 2 de julio de 2015, alrededor de las 09:45 horas, el probable homicida \u2013en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otros sujetos- privaron de la vida con disparos de arma de fuego a la v\u00edctima, cuando transitaba en inmediaciones del barrio San Francisco, Miahuatl\u00e1n de Porfirio D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, logrando identificar, aprehender y llevar ante el Juez en turno al probable homicida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno dict\u00f3 auto formal prisi\u00f3n contra J. V.
