{"id":2829,"date":"2020-06-07T16:25:15","date_gmt":"2020-06-07T21:25:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=2829"},"modified":"2020-06-07T16:25:15","modified_gmt":"2020-06-07T21:25:15","slug":"tras-cateo-en-san-miguel-soyaltepec-fiscalia-general-aprehende-y-lleva-ante-juez-a-probable-violador-de-adolescente","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/tras-cateo-en-san-miguel-soyaltepec-fiscalia-general-aprehende-y-lleva-ante-juez-a-probable-violador-de-adolescente","title":{"rendered":"Tras cateo en San Miguel Soyaltepec, Fiscal\u00eda General aprehende y lleva ante Juez a probable violador de adolescente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 7 de junio de 2020.-<\/strong>\u00a0La ininterrumpida labor de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) contra agresores sexuales, logr\u00f3 la aprehensi\u00f3n de un masculino se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de equiparado a la violaci\u00f3n en agravio de un adolescente de 12 a\u00f1os, cometido en el municipio de San Miguel Soyaltepec, regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca del Papaloapan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del imputado M. G. D., quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n luego de un cateo realizado el 4 de junio de 2020 en un domicilio particular, ubicado en inmediaciones del Barrio San Miguel, San Miguel Soyaltepec, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n asentada en la causa penal 103\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el 25 de mayo de 2020, aproximadamente a las 16:00 horas, cuando el imputado probablemente abus\u00f3 sexualmente de la v\u00edctima, en el interior de su domicilio ubicado en el Barrio San Miguel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y luego de la denuncia de familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, obteniendo la orden de cateo correspondiente y cumplimentando la aprehensi\u00f3n contra el probable agresor sexual, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el 8 de junio de 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General reitera en los hechos su compromiso de llevar ante la justicia a quien vulnere los derechos y la integridad de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres. \u00a1No bajaremos la guardia!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2817,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-2829","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/2829","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2829"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2829"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2829"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=2829"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
