J. M. L., el cual se desempe\u00f1aba como polic\u00eda municipal de Tlacolula de Matamoros, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del imputado A. J. P. G., quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 16866\/FVCE\/TLACOLULA\/2020, el 27 de mayo de 2020, alrededor de las 08:45 horas, el probable responsable habr\u00eda herido con disparos de arma de fuego a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en inmediaciones de la Tercera Secci\u00f3n de Tlacolula de Matamoros, ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, logrando identificar, aprehender y llevar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de junio de 2020.
