M., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n en agravio de una adolescente, cometido en el municipio de Pinotepa de Don Luis, Distrito de Jamiltepec, regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable responsable fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n el 25 de marzo de 2020, cuando transitaba sobre la carretera de la localidad de Yerba Santa, Pinotepa de Don Luis, siendo puesto de forma inmediata ante la autoridad que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 103\/2020, el 9 de febrero del presente a\u00f1o, la v\u00edctima se encontraba descansando en el interior de su domicilio -ubicado en el citado municipio- cuando arrib\u00f3 el imputado, quien la someti\u00f3 y le impuso la c\u00f3pula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, logrando identificar, cumplimentar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el probable violador y presentarlo ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a F. M.
