C. S., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en grado de tentativa, en agravio de la mujer C. M. P., cometido en la agencia de Santa Cruz Ozolotepec, regi\u00f3n Sierra Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable responsable fue aprehendido el 9 de abril de 2020 por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n y llevado a audiencia ante el Juzgado de Control con sede en Miahuatl\u00e1n de Porfirio D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 44\/2020, el 7 de abril de 2020, aproximadamente a las 21:30, la v\u00edctima caminaba acompa\u00f1ada de su hija por una vereda cercana al domicilio del imputado, ubicado en la agencia de Santa Cruz Ozolotepec, Santa Mar\u00eda Ozolotepec, cuando fue atacada con disparos de arma probablemente por el imputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda de Control Regional- logrando identificar, aprehender y llevar al imputado ante la autoridad que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia realizada el 10 de abril, el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al probable agresor, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorgando cuatro meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General reitera su compromiso de defender a las familias oaxaque\u00f1as, llevando ante la justicia a quien o quienes atentan contra su paz e integridad. \u00a1No bajaremos la guardia!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-2701","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/2701","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2701"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2701"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2701"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=2701"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
