M. R., agente municipal de San Jos\u00e9 del Chilar, municipio de San Juan Bautista Cuicatl\u00e1n, a quien le imput\u00f3 el delito el delito de tentativa de feminicidio en agravio de la v\u00edctima A. L. R., cometido en San Jos\u00e9 del Chilar, regi\u00f3n Ca\u00f1ada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El imputado fue aprehendido el 8 de abril de 2020, en c\u00e9ntricas calles de San Jos\u00e9 del Chilar y puesto inmediatamente ante la autoridad judicial por el delito antes mencionado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 11561\/CUICATL\u00c1N\/2020, el pasado 31 de marzo de 2020, la v\u00edctima se encontraba en su domicilio particular, cuando el probable responsable llego a su domicilio y tras una discusi\u00f3n, la intent\u00f3 asfixiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos y luego de la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n cumplimentaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el probable agresor, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el 11 de abril de 2020.
