F. M. M., fue aprehendido por la Fiscal\u00eda General por el delito de homicidio y permanece en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTodo el peso de la ley contra quien o quienes atenten contra la integridad de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Fiscal General, Rub\u00e9n Vasconcelos M\u00e9ndez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 5 de abril de 2020.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), aprehendi\u00f3 y llev\u00f3 ante el Juzgado de Control a un individuo identificado como S. F. M. M., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del homicidio de una beb\u00e9 de seis meses de edad, cometido el pasado 3 de abril, en la localidad de San Francisco del Mar, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de reportarse el fallecimiento de la v\u00edctima, el Fiscal General, Rub\u00e9n Vasconcelos M\u00e9ndez, instruy\u00f3 a personal de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo, iniciar inmediatamente las diligencias correspondientes para integrar los datos de prueba suficientes para solicitar orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el probable responsable de este lamentable hecho, que conmocion\u00f3 a toda la sociedad oaxaque\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, agentes estatales de investigaci\u00f3n lograron aprehender al probable homicida, quien fue presentado de manera inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 11810\/FIST\/FMUJ\/TEHUANTEPEC\/2020, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 3 de abril, en un domicilio particular ubicado en San Francisco del Mar, donde el imputado probablemente habr\u00eda agredido a la beb\u00e9 de 6 meses, priv\u00e1ndola de la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de ser detenido y llevado a audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional.
