J. G. M., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de parricidio en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de M. J. G. M., cometido en el municipio de Santo Domingo Tomaltepec, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 10836\/FDAI\/UEIH\/2020, el 25 de marzo de 2020, aproximadamente a las 12:20 horas, la v\u00edctima se encontraba discutiendo con su hijo T. J. G. M., en el interior de un inmueble ubicado en c\u00e9ntricas calles del citado municipio, cuando \u00e9ste lo priv\u00f3 de la vida con un objeto cortante (tijeras).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia present\u00f3 al imputado ante el Juez de Control, quien determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando 5 meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda su convicci\u00f3n de cumplir y hacer cumplir la ley, presentando ante la justicia a quien o quienes cometen estos delitos, atentando contra la paz de las familias oaxaque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-2638","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/2638","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2638"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2638"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2638"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=2638"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
