T. V., responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja en agravio de quienes en vida respondieron a los nombres de C. J. O. y E. A. M. R., cometido en febrero de 2019, en la ciudad de Puerto Escondido, regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 63\/2019, aproximadamente a las 19:00 horas del 10 de febrero de 2019, las v\u00edctimas se encontraban en el bar \u201cLa Terraza\u201d -ubicada en la ciudad de Puerto Escondido- cuando lleg\u00f3 el imputado y con un arma de fuego dispar\u00f3 contra ellas, priv\u00e1ndolas de la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, obteniendo la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n dictada por el Juez de Control de Puerto Escondido, logrando la detenci\u00f3n y posterior vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del imputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia celebrada el 13 de marzo de 2020, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 fallo condenatorio contra el responsable, cuya lectura de sentencia se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con acciones como \u00e9stas, la Fiscal\u00eda General reitera su convicci\u00f3n de procurar justicia en favor de las v\u00edctimas y familias oaxaque\u00f1as, a fin de llevar ante la justicia a quienes cometan delitos. \u00a1Estamos cumpliendo!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-2596","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/2596","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2596"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2596"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2596"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=2596"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
