J. L. L., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado en agravio de su hermano E. W. L. L., cometido en el Fraccionamiento El Rosario, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El probable responsable fue detenido en flagrancia el 11 de febrero de 2020 en el citado fraccionamiento y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial para determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 4988\/FDAI\/UEIH\/2020, el 11 de febrero de 2020, aproximadamente a las 13:15 horas, se report\u00f3 el hallazgo de un cuerpo sin vida de un masculino en el Edificio \u201cA\u201d, Manzana #3, Fraccionamiento El Rosario, el cual presentaba heridas infringidas por arma blanca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras el se\u00f1alamiento directo de familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia present\u00f3 al probable responsable ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia celebrada el 13 de febrero de 2020, el Juez de Control dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General reitera en los hechos su compromiso de llevar ante la justicia a quien comete estos delitos y vulnera la paz social de las familias oaxaque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-2481","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/2481","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2481"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2481"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2481"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=2481"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
