E. M. L., cometido en mayo de 2017, en el municipio de la Villa de Zaachila, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata del imputado F. E. S. C. o E. F. S. C., quien fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n, dando cumplimiento a la causa penal 59\/2018 y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se suscitaron el 4 de mayo de 2017, aproximadamente a las 10:30 horas, cuando el imputado (concubino de la v\u00edctima), arrib\u00f3 a su domicilio ubicado en el Barrio San Jos\u00e9, Villa de Zaachila y tras discutir y agredir f\u00edsicamente a L. E. M. L., le impuso la c\u00f3pula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, logrando identificar, aprehender y llevar a audiencia al probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez de Control dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra el imputado, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, otorgando tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General reitera en los hechos su compromiso de presentar ante la justicia a quien o quienes vulneran la integridad de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres. \u00a1No bajaremos la guardia!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-2463","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/2463","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2463"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2463"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2463"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=2463"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
