{"id":16679,"date":"2025-04-09T09:47:22","date_gmt":"2025-04-09T15:47:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=8701"},"modified":"2025-04-09T09:47:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T15:47:22","slug":"boletin-1369-fgeo-obtiene-vinculacion-a-proceso-y-prision-contra-imputado-por-el-delito-de-violacion-de-una-adolescente-hechos-ocurridos-en-tlacolula-de-matamoros","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/boletin-1369-fgeo-obtiene-vinculacion-a-proceso-y-prision-contra-imputado-por-el-delito-de-violacion-de-una-adolescente-hechos-ocurridos-en-tlacolula-de-matamoros","title":{"rendered":"BOLET\u00cdN 1,369.- FGEO obtiene vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n contra imputado por el delito de violaci\u00f3n de una adolescente, hechos ocurridos en Tlacolula de Matamoros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., a 09 de abril de 2025.-<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Como resultado de las investigaciones enfocadas en garantizar los derechos a una vida libre de violencia de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva en contra de un hombre identificado como E.J. o J.E., por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Tlacolula de Matamoros, regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">De acuerdo con el expediente penal, los hechos ocurrieron el 02 de septiembre de 2024, cuando la v\u00edctima (una adolescente, cuya identidad est\u00e1 reservada por ley) se encontraba en un domicilio ubicado en la colonia 21 de Octubre del municipio de Tlacolula de Matamoros, lugar donde el atacante lastim\u00f3 y someti\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima para agredirla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tras estos hechos y derivado de la denuncia interpuesta, la FGEO inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de Valles Centrales, por lo que, E.J. o J.E. fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n en cumplimiento al mandato judicial girado en su contra y presentado posteriormente ante la autoridad correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En audiencia, el Juez dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, adem\u00e1s de otorgar cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca tiene entre sus ejes rectores garantizar una vida libre de violencia para ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, a trav\u00e9s de los mecanismos de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia que est\u00e1n a cargo de \u00e1reas especializadas y bien capacitadas para este tipo de labores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8702\" src=\"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Dise%C3%B1o-sin-t%C3%ADtulo-300x208.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"208\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":8685,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-16679","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/16679","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=16679"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16679"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=16679"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=16679"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
