G.J. -presidente municipal de Huautla de Jim\u00e9nez- por el delito de homicidio en grado de tentativa, por hechos ocurridos en la regi\u00f3n de la Sierra de Flores Mag\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el expediente penal, los hechos ocurrieron el 25 de mayo de 2024, cuando las dos v\u00edctimas (dos hombres identificados como S. M. C. y B. M. G.) fueron agredidas por un grupo de personas, al estar en calles de Huautla de Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, derivado de las investigaciones logr\u00f3 presentar la evidencia necesaria ante el Juez lo que permiti\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de D.G.J.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones realizaron un operativo para ejecutar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de D.G.J. por el delito de homicidio en grado de tentativa, persona que fue detenida en cumplimiento al mandato judicial.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Oaxaca est\u00e1 comprometida con la realizaci\u00f3n de Investigaciones que permitan garantizar a las v\u00edctimas directas e indirectas adecuados procesos de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":7869,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-16483","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/16483","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=16483"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16483"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=16483"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=16483"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
