{"id":15786,"date":"2023-08-08T18:06:47","date_gmt":"2023-08-09T00:06:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=5256"},"modified":"2023-08-08T18:06:47","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T00:06:47","slug":"por-delito-de-homicidio-cometido-en-la-costa-obtiene-fgeo-vinculacion-a-proceso-y-prision-preventiva","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/por-delito-de-homicidio-cometido-en-la-costa-obtiene-fgeo-vinculacion-a-proceso-y-prision-preventiva","title":{"rendered":"Por delito de homicidio cometido en la Costa, obtiene FGEO vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., a 8 de agosto de 2023<\/strong>.- \u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra una persona del sexo masculino identificada como M.G.L. por el delito de homicidio simple intencionado, cometido en agravio de T.R.P., en hechos ocurridos en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal, el pasado 23 de julio de 2023, la v\u00edctima se encontraba en la playa \u201cPuerto Piedra\u201d, perteneciente a Puerto Escondido, cuando el imputado M.G.L. lleg\u00f3 a la zona y tras una discusi\u00f3n lo golpe\u00f3 y posteriormente lo lanz\u00f3 al mar, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida por ahogamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa tom\u00f3 conocimiento del caso, por lo que, a trav\u00e9s de un equipo multidisciplinario del Instituto de Servicios Periciales y la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones, se efectuaron las diligencias correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de las indagatorias se obtuvo la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de M.G.L., quien tras ser presentado ante el Juez que atiende la causa penal, fue vinculado a proceso, adem\u00e1s de imponer la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca realiza trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n bajo una rigurosa t\u00e9cnica que permite, por medio de procesos cient\u00edficos y t\u00e9cnicos, dar resultados concretos y tangibles en materia de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15786","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15786","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15786"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15786"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15786"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15786"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
