{"id":15542,"date":"2023-03-04T19:21:54","date_gmt":"2023-03-05T01:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=4885"},"modified":"2023-03-04T19:21:54","modified_gmt":"2023-03-05T01:21:54","slug":"investiga-fgeo-hechos-denunciados-por-el-multi-en-agua-fria-juxtlahuaca","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/investiga-fgeo-hechos-denunciados-por-el-multi-en-agua-fria-juxtlahuaca","title":{"rendered":"Investiga FGEO hechos denunciados por el MULTI en Agua Fr\u00eda, Juxtlahuaca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., a 4 de marzo de 2023.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por hechos denunciados por el Movimiento de Unificaci\u00f3n\u00a0 y Lucha Triqui Independiente (MULTI), en los cuales se se\u00f1alan agresiones en contra de su dirigente identificado por las iniciales M.G.M.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para atender el caso, la instituci\u00f3n envi\u00f3 un equipo multidisciplinario integrado por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n (AEI) y peritos, para llevar a cabo las primeras indagatorias al lugar de los hechos, en la agencia Agua Fr\u00eda, perteneciente a Santiago Juxtlahuaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La FGEO certific\u00f3 una serie de da\u00f1os producidos por proyectiles de arma de fuego en el veh\u00edculo y vivienda del dirigente comunitario, por lo que inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por disparos de arma de fuego y da\u00f1os en propiedad privada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De la misma forma, la Fiscal\u00eda asegur\u00f3 que lleva a cabo las diligencias correspondientes para dar con las personas responsables de estos actos que erosionan el tejido social de la comunidad\u00a0ind\u00edgena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15542","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15542","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15542"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15542"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15542"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15542"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
