{"id":15531,"date":"2023-02-21T15:48:57","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T21:48:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fge.oaxaca.gob.mx\/?post_type=noticias&amp;p=4871"},"modified":"2023-02-21T15:48:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T21:48:57","slug":"tras-homicidio-de-adolescente-una-persona-queda-bajo-proceso-en-tanivet-fiscalia-de-oaxaca","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/archivos\/noticias\/tras-homicidio-de-adolescente-una-persona-queda-bajo-proceso-en-tanivet-fiscalia-de-oaxaca","title":{"rendered":"Tras homicidio de adolescente, una persona queda bajo proceso en Tanivet &#8211; Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 21 de febrero de 2023.-\u00a0<\/strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) realiza los trabajos jur\u00eddicos en el proceso penal por homicidio calificado cometido contra un adolescente de 12 a\u00f1os de edad, motivo por el cual una persona fue aprehendida y actualmente se encuentra en Tanivet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 17 de febrero, cuando la v\u00edctima se encontraba en un paraje de la Agencia Ojo de Agua, en el municipio de San Francisco Telixtlahuaca, y fue atacado con un objeto contundente que le provoc\u00f3 severas lesiones en el cr\u00e1neo, caus\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de la agresi\u00f3n, una persona del sexo masculino identificado como R. V. L. o F. V. L. fue detenida y puesta a disposici\u00f3n de la FGEO, instancia que ha llevado a cabo estudios m\u00e9dicos periciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, R. V. L. o F. V.
