H. M., quien el 13 de septiembre de 2014 priv\u00f3 de la vida a quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de K. G. R.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 21 de diciembre de 2022.-<\/strong>\u00a0Por el delito de feminicidio agravado en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de K. G. R., la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo sentencia condenatoria de 83 a\u00f1os y cuatro meses de prisi\u00f3n contra el masculino B. H. M., cometido en septiembre de 2014, en la ciudad de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, en la regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el expediente penal 45\/2019, el 13 de septiembre de 2014, el feminicida agredi\u00f3 con un arma de fuego a la v\u00edctima, provoc\u00e1ndole la muerte cuando se encontraba en inmediaciones de las Riberas del R\u00edo Atoyac, en la capital oaxaque\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Vicefiscal\u00eda de Control Regional intervino e inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes, logrando aprehender al\u00a0 responsable y presentarlo ante el Juez de Control, quien determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez de la causa dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria contra B. H.
