H. V., ocurrido este jueves en el municipio de San Pedro Mixtepec, perteneciente al distrito de Miahuatl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A partir de que la FGEO tuvo conocimiento del caso, se iniciaron las labores de investigaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional que despleg\u00f3 a su equipo multidisciplinario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Peritos especialistas en diferentes materias acudieron al lugar de los hechos en compa\u00f1\u00eda de elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) para procesar los indicios hallados en el sitio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de las primeras indagatorias, se logr\u00f3 establecer que la v\u00edctima era presidente municipal electo de San Pedro Mixtepec\u00a0 y tomar\u00eda protesta el primero de enero de 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca est\u00e1 comprometida con la investigaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de casos en que los delitos lastiman el tejido social del estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15434","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15434","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15434"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15434"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15434"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15434"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
