R. V. o M. G. R., probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada en contra de una adolescente, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Tamazulapan del Progreso, en la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 274\/2021, en diferentes fechas entre los a\u00f1os 2014 y 2018, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima, en el interior de un domicilio particular ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo el caso e inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n, logrando aprehender al probable agresor sexual el pasado 18 de noviembre del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado solicit\u00f3 ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 23 de noviembre, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva de manera provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General presenta ante la justicia a quienes atentan contra los derechos e integridad de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15426","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15426","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15426"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15426"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15426"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15426"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
