R. G., probable responsable del delito de abuso sexual y violaci\u00f3n agravada en contra de una adolescente -de identidad reservada por Ley-, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Sola de Vega, en la regi\u00f3n de la Sierra Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 88\/2022, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima adolescente cuando esta se encontraba al interior de su domicilio, ubicado en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, intervino la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia e inicio una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n que permiti\u00f3 la aprehensi\u00f3n del probable agresor sexual quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Respecto a la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de E. R. G., en audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba aportados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional, el Juez de Control dicto auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en su contra, imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorg\u00f3 tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La defensa de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes representa un compromiso ineludible para la Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca, presentando ante la justicia a quienes atentan contra sus derechos e integridad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15423","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15423","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15423"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15423"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15423"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15423"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
