A. V. P., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar en agravio de la mujer identificada como N. G. G. H., cometido en la Ciudad de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, en la regi\u00f3n de Valles Centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 1120\/2022, el 24 de septiembre de 2022, el imputado arrib\u00f3 al negocio de la v\u00edctima (ex pareja), ubicado en la zona de mercaderes de la colonia Cosijoeza de la capital oaxaque\u00f1a, donde probablemente la agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica, al intentar arrebatarle a su hija menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de que el imputado fuera detenido y presentado ante la autoridad ministerial, gracias a los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos contra la Mujer por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a O. A. V.
