B. L. o P. B. C., probable responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada contra de una adolescente, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Mazatl\u00e1n, en el Distrito Mixe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 79\/2021, en reiteradas ocasiones, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima en la localidad de Nuevo Centro, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo el caso -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar y aprehender al probable responsable el pasado 30 de agosto del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El probable agresor sexual ya fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda su compromiso de aplicar con firmeza la Ley contra quienes atentan contra la integridad y los derechos de ni\u00f1as, adolescentes y mujeres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15316","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15316","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15316"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15316"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15316"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15316"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
