P. L., probable responsable del delito de robo con violencia en perjuicio patrimonial de una tienda de conveniencia Oxxo, ubicada en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 151\/2022, el 5 de agosto de 2022, aproximadamente a las 14:45 horas, el imputado ingres\u00f3 a una sucursal de la tienda de conveniencia Oxxo, ubicada en inmediaciones del referido municipio y rob\u00f3 diversos productos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal detuvieron en flagrancia al probable responsable, quien fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a M. P.
