A. R. M., probable responsable del delito de aborto y violaci\u00f3n agravada en contra de su esposa identificada como B. C. V., cometido en noviembre de 2019, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 191\/2019, el 9 de noviembre de 2019, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima, situaci\u00f3n que le provoc\u00f3 un aborto el 11 de noviembre; posteriormente, en la madrugada del 24 de noviembre, el sujeto probablemente la agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual, en el interior de un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Mar\u00eda Eugenia de Tuxtepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia intervino -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando la aprehensi\u00f3n del probable responsable el pasado 4 de agosto, siendo puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva de manera provisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General presenta ante la justicia a quienes resulten responsables de atentar contra los derechos y la integridad de las mujeres oaxaque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15274","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15274","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15274"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15274"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15274"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15274"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
