R. R., probable responsable del delito abuso sexual agravado en contra de una ni\u00f1a -de identidad reservada por Ley-, cometido en octubre de 2019, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Ciudad Ixtepec, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 440\/2019, los hechos ocurrieron el 11 de octubre de 2019, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s del Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres (CEJUM-ISTMO) -, logrando identificar y aprehender al probable responsable el pasado 21 de julio del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a F. R.
