Y. R. L.., fue aprehendido el 19 de julio de 2022 en Santo Domingo Tehuantepec, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 22 de julio de 2022.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) cumpliment\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra la persona del sexo masculino identificada como O. Y. R. L., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio con ventaja en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de J. A. R. R., cometido en 2014 en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, en la regi\u00f3n de la Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 008\/FTUXA\/2014, los hechos se suscitaron el 1 de enero de 2014, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 con dispar\u00f3 de arma de fuego a la v\u00edctima, ocasion\u00e1ndole lesiones que le provocaron la muerte, cuando se encontraban en inmediaciones de la poblaci\u00f3n de Papaloapan, perteneciente a la referida demarcaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este crimen, la FGEO atrajo el caso -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca-, logrando identificar\u00a0 y aprehender al probable responsable, quien fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3 y cuya situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica se definir\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General compromete investigaciones exhaustivas en delitos de alto impacto, garantizando justicia y paz a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3175,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"categoria_noticias":[],"class_list":["post-15245","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"mb":[],"mfb_rest_fields":["title","gutenberg_elementor_mode"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/15245","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=15245"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15245"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=15245"},{"taxonomy":"categoria_noticias","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/portal.fgeo.gob.mx\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categoria_noticias?post=15245"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
