G. M. R., probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja, en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de M. D. D., cometido en el municipio de Sitio de Xitlapehua, en la Sierra Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 78\/2022, el 6 de junio de 2022, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 con un arma blanca a la v\u00edctima, infligi\u00e9ndole lesiones que le ocasionaron la muerte en inmediaciones del municipio Sitio de Xitlapehua, en el Distrito de Miahuatl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la FGEO intervino y despleg\u00f3 al personal multidisciplinario e inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, logrando la aprehensi\u00f3n del probable responsable el pasado 8 de junio en el referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a A. G. M.
