R. C., imponi\u00e9ndole prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorg\u00f3 tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 13 de junio de 2022.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra J. R. C., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado en contra de G. A. M. -integrante del Movimiento Unificador de Lucha Triqui (MULT)-, cometido en noviembre de 2020 en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Juxtlahuaca, regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra el imputado fue cumplimentada por la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia el pasado 4 de junio del presente a\u00f1o y presentado inmediatamente ante la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 281\/2020, el 20 de noviembre de 2020, el imputado y otro sujeto agredieron con disparos de arma de fuego a la v\u00edctima, infligi\u00e9ndole lesiones que le provocaron la muerte en inmediaciones de la colonia Santa Cruz, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al probable responsable ante el Juez de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a J. R.
