O. F., probable responsable del delito de robo calificado con violencia moral a las personas, en perjuicio patrimonial de una tienda de conveniencia Oxxo, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que las investigaciones sugieren que el probable responsable tambi\u00e9n estar\u00eda involucrado en una serie de asaltos a diversas sucursales de esta cadena de tiendas en Tuxtepec, por lo que representaba un objetivo prioritario para la FGEO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La noche del pasado 6 de junio, elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) adscritos a la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Cuenca dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n -asentada en la causa penal 0118\/2022- contra V. O.
