F. M. M., responsable del delito de feminicidio en agravio de una menor de edad (de 7 meses), cometido en abril de 2020 en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Francisco del Mar, en la regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 162\/2020, el 3 de abril de 2020, el feminicida asfixi\u00f3 a la menor de edad, ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte en un domicilio ubicado en la Cuarta Secci\u00f3n de Pueblo Nuevo, San Francisco del Mar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional del Istmo-, logrando aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juez de Control, quien determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 fallo condenatorio contra S. F. M.
