S. B. y J. G. C, como probables responsables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 3 de junio de 2022.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo, del Juzgado de Control, auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra la persona del sexo masculino de nombre R. S. B., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar en agravio de una mujer identificada como L. S. B., cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Ixtl\u00e1n de Ju\u00e1rez, en la regi\u00f3n Sierra Norte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la causa penal 18\/2022, el 8 y 23 de mayo de 2022, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en su domicilio particular ubicado en inmediaciones de la localidad de Santa Cruz Yagavila, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante este hecho, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n &#8211; a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juez de la causa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a R. S. B., imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y otorg\u00f3 tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En otro hecho, por el delito de violencia familiar cometido en la localidad La Natividad, perteneciente al mencionado municipio, la instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n contra el masculino J. G. C., quien probablemente agredi\u00f3 de forma f\u00edsica a la v\u00edctima M. C. T.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Hechos asentados en la causa penal 08\/2022.
